  1. Coat the meat. Use Traeger Beef Rub and apply it liberally all over the meat loaf.
  2. After the meat is properly seasoned and coated, wrap a plastic wrap all around it.
  3. The seasoned and wrapped meat is then to be left alone for 12 – 24 hours in the refrigerator
  4. When ready for cooking, set the grill at 225 degrees Fahrenheits and with the lid closed, preheat the grill for 15 minutes.
